Metal Hydride Hydrogen Storage Tanks for Instruments
The hydrogen storage density is high, the hydrogen purity is high, the airtightness and safety are good, the volume is small, and it is easy to carry. It is especially suitable as a supporting hydrogen source for portable instruments such as portable fuel cells and gas chromatographs.
According to different use environments, two kinds of tanks, stainless steel and aluminum alloy, have been developed, and two kinds of valves, needle valve and quick-insertion valve, are available.

The metal hydride hydrogen storage device with needle valve is divided into three types: high pressure (G type), medium pressure (Z type) and low pressure (D type) according to the needs of customers for different working pressures. The working pressure range of the Z-type metal hydride hydrogen storage device is 0.1-1.5MPa, and the hydrogen charging pressure does not exceed 1.5MPa. The D-type metal hydride hydrogen storage device The working pressure range is 0.1-0.7MPa, and the hydrogen charging pressure does not exceed 0.7 MPa. The hydrogen generator can be used to charge hydrogen. According to customer requirements, the hydrogen outlet of such metal hydride hydrogen storage devices can be equipped with ferrules (as shown in Figure 4), threads and quick-connect interfaces (as shown in Figure 5).
